TLC won it’s legal battle against Jon Gosselin, according to RadarOnline.com. They had asked for a preliminary injunction against Gosselin, saying that he breached their Jon and Kate Plus 8 contract in addition to exclusivity and confidentiality agreements .
Gosselin didn’t show up in court for today’s proceedings.
