On December 29th at 9 PM (ET/PT), TLC will debut a new six-part series called “One Big Happy Family,” which profiles the Coles, a family of four who collectively weigh 1,400 pounds, and are struggling to lose weight in order to avoid serious health complications.
Each family member weighs more than 300 lbs, and the series follows Mom, Dad, daughter and son as they unite to try to change their lifestyle and finally lose the weight.
Without a personal trainer or nutritionist to help, it seems doubtful that the Coles will succeed in their weight-loss goals, but we’ll just have to wait until the end of the series to learn the results.
